At Distilled Hair Co., we offer a flexible salon structure featuring both a level-based system and a rental option. Our level-based model supports career growth and skill development, while the rental option provides stylists with the opportunity to run their own independent businesses within our salon. This combination allows professionals to choose the path that best aligns with their goals and preferences.

Training Co-Stylists (Level 1):
These stylists are in our training program while beginning to take clients in an entry-level position. They are eager to learn and grow within our salon.

Stylists (Levels 2-6):
Our diverse team ranges in skill, specialty, and pricing. These experienced stylists are dedicated to providing top-notch service and expertise.

Salon Staff:
Our essential support team ensures everything runs smoothly for our stylists and guests. They handle guest services, marketing, and management, making sure every visit to our salon is exceptional.
